Dorothy L. Bradley Ostwald, 75, of Second Street died Saturday in Samaritan Hospital.
Mrs. Ostwald was born in Green Island. She operated the Eastwood Inn at DeNaults Corners with her husband. She also worked in the Troy comptroller's office before retiring 20 years ago.
Survivors include her husband, George P. Ostwald; a son, Kenneth Kuentzel of Troy; a daughter, Carol J. Sheldrick of Troy; two stepdaughters, Katherine Cantanucci of Youngstown, Niagara County, and Rita Christiana of Watervliet; a stepson, George P. Ostwald II of Clifton Park; two sisters, Mary Ryan of Poestenkill and Ella Bushnell of West Sand Lake; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the William Leahy Funeral Home, 336 Third St., and at 9 a.m. in St. Henry's Church, Averill Park. Burial will be in St. Henry's Cemetery, Averill Park.
Calling hours will be 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.

Dorothy married George Peter Ostwald Sr., son of Frank August Ostwald and Katherine Christina Hart. (George Peter Ostwald Sr. was born on 16 Nov 1915 in Troy, Rensselaer County, New York, died on 16 Dec 1994 in Hallmark Nursing Home in Troy, New York and was buried in St. Henry's Cemetery in Averill Park, New York.)
