Could Elijah J. and Jonathan be one and the same...or are they twins? Found birth record for Jonathan born 19 Jan 1819 [s/o Elijah and Mary]. Also for Elijah with same information. Census records indicate Elijah J. born 1819 and death records give his DOB as Jan 1819....and parents Elijah and Mary.Since these records on www.familysearch.com are recopied in 1905 from some original source it is possible the transcriber made an error...no where on either certificate does it indicate they were twins. Elijah J. may be Elijah Jonathan? However...the 1820 census of Warner, NH indicates there were 2 males born 1811-1829 and this could be an indication that Jonathan and Elijah were indeed two separate births. Will leave them that way until I can prove otherwise.
