In the year 1891, on the 24th of September at five-thirty in the morning, in front of us, Paul Aristide Mazier, officer of the civil registry, appeared EUGENE MARIE L'ESPAGNOL, tinsmith, born at Saint-Malo, Ille-et-Vilaine , France, on August 25, 1868, lawful son of Jean François L'Espagnol and of the late Jeanne Marie Gourel, on the first part; and MARY HEALEY, born at Lamaline, Newfoundland, on August 17, 1868, lawful daughter of JAMES HEALEY, sailor, and MARY SHEA, his wife. They inform us that they have a child: Eugéne Jules Henri L'Espagnol, born at Saint-Pierre, on April 19, 1891. The couple requested of us to proceed with the civil celebration of marriage between them. The witnesses to this marriage are Henri Poulain, clockmaker, aged 27 years, and Jean Baptiste Poulain, clockmaker, aged 28 years.

Mary married Eugene Marie L'Espagnol, son of Jean François L'Espagnol and late Jeanne Marie Gourel, on 24 Sep 1891 in Saint-Pierre (French Colony). (Eugene Marie L'Espagnol was born on 25 Aug 1868 in Saint-Malo, Ille-et-Vilaine, France.)
