Obituary for Reginald William Herritt
Passed peacefully away at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Centre in Harbour Breton on Thursday, October 30, 2014, Mr. Reginald William Herritt, age 75 years of Sandyville. Leaving to mourn his loving family: wife, Jane, of 56 years; sons, Wallace (Rosline) of Fort McMurray, AB, Perry (Charlyne) of Halifax, NS, and Peter (Sandra) of Peace River, AB; daughters, Denise (Pat) of Peace River, AB, and Roxanne (Rick) of Sandyville; grandsons, Jeremy (Gwen), Ryan (Kylie), Mitchell, Kyle, Matthew, Chad, Dylan, Alex and Nick; granddaughters, Jasmine (Steve) and Megan; great grandsons, Will, Walker and Pheonix; great granddaughters, Brooklynn and Willow; brothers, Guy (Maisie) of Sandyville and Roland (Jean) of Lower Sackville, NS; sisters in law, Marjorie (Riley) of Stephenville, Minnie of Paradise, Vera (Rex) of Lewisporte and Effie (Jim) of St. John's; plus a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by his parents, Max and Rita Herritt; father and mother in law, Benjamin and Pearl; and a special little angel, Daphene.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Connaigre Cancer Benefit Group.
Funeral service was held on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 2:00 pm from St. Saviour's Anglican Church at Hermitage with Rev. Hubert Vallis officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Hermitage-Sandyville.
