Charles was the son of Charles Richardson and Unity Partridge.
On Dec 12, 1857 in Waterford, VT he married Catherine S. "Kate" Moore, daughter of Samuel Moore and Hannah Card Massure.
Their children were Flora E and Charles F.
His wife, Kate, died in March 1900. After her death he lived in Groveton with his married daughter, Flora E. Nelson.
On April 9, 1906 in Stratford, NH he married Vesta Viola (Smith) Stinson, daughter of Nicholas Smith and Mary B. Morse. It was her 3rd marriage; she was 1st the widow of Rufus W. Stinson; then divorced from her 2nd husband, Alonzo P. Cummings.
Charles died a month after their marriage.
